DTE was looking to augment their SAP effort with a major Maximo implementation. ESR Associates was asked to provide for training of all DTE process workers for all locations. ESR provided the training in the budgeted time, and certified all of the people such that return visits were not required to retrain the people. The DTE management commented that ESR Associates provided professional trainers, at a cost that was more than competitive. IBM was very happy to have ESR engaged, and help provide the needed training. |

Atrium window a major manufacture of windows was looking to implement a replacement for their legacy Financial Reporting System. The legacy system was requiring 30 days to close the books. ESR assisted in the definition of requirements, and strategy for implementation of Oracle Financials. The company successfully implemented Oracle and is now closing the books in less than 5 days. Atrium is very dependant on ESR for Strategic consulting, and ensuring they can continue to roll out the rest of the Oracle modules. |
